TO PLACE AN ORDER

Contact me by email.  Payment can be made by check, but for convenience and faster service, payment can be made by credit card through PayPal. (I will send you a PayPal Email Invoice that enables you to use a credit card, debit card, or other payment methods securely).  Please note that I am required to charge the appropriate sales tax for purchases shipped to locations in Kansas.

Since each print is individually printed, it will take between 1 and 2 weeks for an order to ship.  Shipping is by UPS, so a street address (not a P. O. Box) is required along with a phone number.  Shipping is free to any location in the Continental US.  For orders outside the Continental US, contact me for shipping rates.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, notify me within 14 days after receiving your artwork.  You will be asked to return the artwork in the original shipping container using the original packing materials.  You will ship it back by FedEx per my instructions.  Once I receive the returned artwork, I'll send you a complete refund of the purchase price, less the shipping cost.  The cost of returning unwanted purchases rests with you.

All Shipments are sent insured against loss or damage.  If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork damaged, notify me immediately so that I can notify the carrier and have it picked up.  Please do not discard the box or packing materials.  If a print gets damaged, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional charge for shipping.

I respect your privacy.  I will never share, rent, sell, or in any way divulge or otherwise use any personal or purchase information you have given me.  However, I may from time to time send you an email or postcard to notify you of new artwork  that has been added to the Galleries, or to let you know about gallery exhibitions.  You can always contact me  if you do not wish to receive these notices.
